Job Description

Maintenance Tech Responsibilities:
-Perform maintenance and repairs on apartments including but not limited to: painting, drywall repair, basic electrical, basic plumbing, painting, pressure washing, appliance repair, etc.
-Prepare apartments for occupancy
-Painting as needed
-Assist with planning and execution of all preventative maintenance programs
Requirements Include:
-Valid Driver's License
-Good communication
-Positive attitude
-Strong work ethic
-Customer service skills
-Reliable and punctual attendance
-Must be able to meet physical requirements of the job (minimum lift 50 lbs; on feet majority of day)
-Comfortable with roof and ladder work
-Comfortable entering other peoples’ homes -Ability to work both independently and within a team
